Sarah Mills Consulting is an environmental consulting firm based in southern California.  We provide strategic planning and program management services for local governments, educational institutions, and businesses who wish to start or expand their environmental programs or sustainability initiatives.  

Specializing in waste reduction, reuse, recycling, and energy management, Sarah Mills Consulting has provided environmental consulting services for clients such as The Energy Coalition, LINC Housing, Hughes Middle School, and the City of Irvine. Our projects have earned national recognition, with the City of Irvine's Cans for Cash Project awarded Most Innovative Recycling Campaign in 2008, 2009, and 2010 by the United States Conference of Mayors.
